But, many animals and plants face threats due to habitat loss and fragmentation ,over exploitation, alien species invasion, co-extinctions and Ofcourse human activitie like poaching, and climate change. 

Conservation efforts—ranging from anti-poaching patrols, in-situ conservation, ex-situ conservation to community awareness programs(Sacred Groves)—are vital to protect these species and maintain ecological balance.
